Cleveland/Toronto total?

With the most runs scored in any of the first 4 being 6, today's total at 8.5 seems really high. Are they begging for under money? Think I'm gonna take a chance and play the over. Maybe Toronto got the monkey off their back yesterday and start scoring runs like they're capable of. Good luck
