today is probably the slowest day in sports but there still is some $$$ to be made today (ie wnba, tennis). so i call my book and the clerk picks up the phone and i tell him i want to make a women's tennis wager (call me a degenerate). anyways, dude tries to list all the games available for the afternoon. Elena Vesnina vs. Alisa Kleybanova, Ashley Harkleroad vs. Kateryna Bondarenko, Sybille Bammer vs. Olga Govortsova. After the reaching Kleybanova, mae gave up and hung up on me. Freaking hillarious! :nohead:

I've seen it happen so many times!!!! and yes it's happened to me at a book I bet last year by the name of playing24 now called 88sports, and by a supervisor!!! then called in again to speak to the owner and got hung up again!!

I've seen clerks doing all types of wrong things, like this guy who was asked to be transfered to the supervisor, the clerk said "one moment" put the phone down and pretended he was the supervisor, of course he got caught in the act :missingte

how about the night shift guy who got a call for a sign up and customers says:: hey ***! im new to this so can you give me your best sales pitch?? and he replies: sir, if you call me a bitch again im gonna have to end the call! so the cust goes: what are you talking about just asked fo your sales pitch!! clerk: thats it sir, im not gonna take abusive language good night!. Needless to say that customer did not sing up..LOL
