If LSU could ever get a QB and Oregon ever find a consistent defense year in/year out. Great athletes all over the field and a great QB to distribute the rock. I could also say this is what Oregon would look like if they could play defense, because their offense if a nightmare to defend. When I look at Clemson, it's what you get if you could blend Oregon with LSU

but since you brought it up, we did hold Auburn to 22 pts in one of our championship games... Normally that would get it done

It's always been the issue..... Defense... Red eye is right... That season was the last good defense they possessed

I guess I'm still confused by the comparison... if Clemson played defense like the Ducks did in 2010 against Auburn , Clemson would be hoisting the trophy...Clemson can only wish they played defense as good as the Ducks in that 2010 championship game..

Not sure why anyone is bringing up Defense. There were 85 points scored and close to 1000 yards of offense.....
