Is it possible that Georgia will be looking ahead just a little? Last year, USC stepped on Georgia's face and broke their nose, to quote Larry Munson. By the way, on the total, it looks like the number will open around 71 or 72.

I see a few 68's out there. It looks like it opened at 69 and was immediately bet down to 68.

Give DC Venables time. If he uses the same complicated schemes that he did at Oklahoma, the defense should be thoroughly confused in his second season.

No. Season opener. UGA/Clemson very old foes. As said before, both teams need this game. If anyone might be looking ahead IMO its SC. Spurrier hates UGA from his playing days and plans forthem as much or more than any matchup all season. Also SC giving double digits and UNC been prepping for this one matchup all summer. QB Renner has a gun. If the Heels OL can keep him upright they could keep it a TD spread I think. UNC's LT supposed to be one of the best in the country....

That's BIG if against of of the best D-line's in the country on the road in week one. The guy no one is mentioning is SC's other DE, Chaz Sutton. He played back up the last 2 years and made 5 sacks coming of the bench in the rabbit package when he was in there. He is big, strong and very fast. Very underestimated and overshadowed by Clowney.

Good point. UNC might contain Clowney but the REST of the SC defense might be a problem.

The year Auburn won national championship; they beat South carolina by pulling it out barely in 4th quarter; and beating clemson in ot; so the south carolina double play can catapult a college football team to the ultimate glory.
