The public has bet this line all the way to Clem being the fav now. I just dont understand this. Clemson's first road game of the year, the lost to Maryland at home for christs sake. Wake lost to navy, but navy is a decent team and wake had about 6 turnovers or else they would have won. You cant over look that. I think people are still buying into the preseason hype that clemson is good?!? It should be a good game but wake should pull this out by 10 due to clemson's poor discipline and first game road jitters.
Huh? I could have sworn Clemson played a huge road game in Atlanta against Alabama......and it was like a road game for them. But then again, they didn't show so this may be their 1st real road game.
This is an experienced Clemson team for the most part and it won't be their 1st trip to Wake Forest which is not exactly a hostile environment. I couldn't disagree more with your logic here.
Wake Forest is the opposite Offensively than Alabama. They have struggled bigtime running the ball and Alabama pounded Clemson physically. This match-up suits Clemson perfectly.
