I was mentioning that with my roommate. Would of been a bold call but we all know you can't give Brady ball back..

of course, on any other day, against any other team, it would be ridiculous, especially with baltimore and their defence, and especially with the lead.

But in a game like this, in this situation, you need to take the game, because if you dont, it will be taken from you.

It looked like a TD to me. Kinda stretching it a little to say He was bobbling the ball. Even if it was overturned my friends, it was 1 st. and goal so Brady would have got it in anyway. When does He choke when He needs a big play.

the holding call wasn't in the endzone, it was way before that. he was held around the 10 yard line for at least 3 yards.

There were other plays that the Ravens could have been pulled up for.

N.E. was lucky to win the game

This is the most silly comment I here after a game and I hear it often. Had the Ravens got that last reception over the line would the Patriots have been unlucky to lose it? Many would think so.

Clearly a touchdown, but the holding call was laughable..N.E. was lucky to win the game but bad teams always find ways to lose...

Bullshit there was holding the whole game. Watson was being held from start to finish on that play and Jabbar gaffney shirt was almost pulled off him underneath that play. (near where they needed a first down)
As a matter of fact a boston reporter said that after the game Mike Vrabel followed the refs to the locker room screaming his lungs out at the refs for calling such a horrible game.

Yeah, the refs screwed the Pats over. What game were you watching?

Matt Light Holds on every play, but the NE fans fail to mention this. Vrabel was screaming "thank you" for calling such a horrible game, "you won it for us"

The NFL had alot to lose if New England went down.

Espn and ABC lose if the Pats go down.

1st. The guy never caught the ball in the end zone...It was shifting in his hands. That is not control.

The holding penalty? 4th down? If you played competive sports. That flag does not come out. The referee is to eat that flag. bad call.....

It is all about the Benjamins......Espn would have sold their soul to make sure the Pats did not lose.:money8::money8::money8::money8::money8::money8: its all about the money

Pats are overrated... what a horse shit ending to the game. That was NOT a TD. He didnt have control of the ball until he was already halfway out of the end zone, what a joke

Stop betting against them man. It's a win-win. You don't lose money, and we see fewer "F*ck the Patriots" threads (or "Patriots Rule" threads for that matter). Unfortunately I see you're already betting the Pitt ML next week. You may want to take a step back and ask yourself if you're really being objective at this point. Either way, BOL.

Huh? If you bet against them the last two weeks with the point you win those bets.

Appreciate the advice Jibba but I have been taking the points also. The Ravens was the first game I took the ML against them. I will be betting the points and ML again this week. There just not as good as everyone thinks. There linebackers are old and slow, there defense will get ripped apart by the Colts. And I think Big Ben is going to have a good game this week

Sorry but all the Ravens needed to do was get some 1 st. downs in the 4 th. quarter and they simply failed like 3 straight times for 3 and out. Also what happened to the Ravens pass rush late in the game ? It was totally gone. Brady was sitting back in the pocket knitting a sweater while He was waiting for his receivers to get open. Patriots didn't win this game as much as the Ravens lost it !

Yeah, maybe I jumped the gun there. I think I saw you had taken the Ravens ML, then saw you were taking the Pitt ML, and I think I assumed you had been chasing ML v. the Pats. I do still think you underestimate this team, as well as their defense though. It's taking them awhile to adjust to injuries, and I think you also have to give a lot of credit to the Philly and Baltimore offenses for playing very good games (respectively their best of the year IMO).

Anyway, I would lean toward thinking there will be another tight game this weekend. BOL. :toast:
