The att tech told me to clean my cache monthly to get rid and speed up my computer. is this necessary. I did and had to go back to system restore because it erased the tab to get my e,mails. If so, is there a way to just clean what you want and how is this accomplished. Thanks

What operatining system are you using - Windows or Mac?

What browser are you using - MSInternetExplorer or Firefox?

In short, I recommend clearing your cache every time you close your browser.

As far as the "tab to get your emails", I presume you're using Outlook? If so, I need someone else to answer because I don't use Outlook

IS clearing your cache just clearing cookies or is there more to it? I may need to do this to mine
