Been having some sinus congestion. Picked up some @ the pharmacy behind the counter. Half an hour later for about a few hours felt like I was having a heart attack, panic attack, shakes, wtf. Feeling better now I usually take Zertec D, etc. Don't know what happened but Just going to take some Flonase tonight. Hate this time of year and early spring? Any suggestions for bad allegeries? Think about going to a specialist for allergeries...

My kids have them pretty bad. We've discovered that different drugs work for each kid. Allegra works on my daughter, while Zyrtec works on my son. My son also does the Flonase spray every night.

My wife uses that sinus rinse thing and it works great for her.

I had it bad and went to my allergy doc... Nasonex and Allegra every day did wonders for me ... Couldn't live without them

Same thing happened to me last spring when I took it. I thought I was going crazy at times. It worked for my sinus congestion but I finally
had to stop taking the stuff.

We've found that the key to using them is to use them everyday. Hope you get it figured out, allergies can be really miserable.
