I won't bet on another Bengals game this year, they have the mojo luck going. Blocked field goals at the end of games, tipped passes intercepted at the end of close ones, they are getting all the breaks right now. That scares me to much to even look at this game.

Gotta say I love this team again strong like last week vs the Niners. The only differnce is 7 points to 3 points.Arizona should have won by atleast 10 points. It is just plain hard for Arizona to put anybody away for many years.but a win is a win. This week you get the Cardinals at home again as a dog.How can Cincy be favored here.Yes they are playing above average ball right now.One game they did blow along the way, was at Buffalo. But off their win last week the oddsmakers are making them the fav.The Bengals are as good as Detroit on the road in grass games. The Bengals bring in a 16-38 ats record in road grass games. The Bengals are also as good as the Raiders as road favs where the Bengals are 10-20 ats as road favorite. You have a home dog off a win and being home for 3 homes games with a bye week thrown too.Lots of rest and relaxtion at home with the family. The Cardinals have been in all their home games except the Seattle game. Are the Bengals better than SF,just as good,or worse than? What about the same with Baltimore and Green Bay? I believe the Bengals are just as good as these teams, not better. So why are the oddsmakers making this a short line? Should the Bengals be -6.5? The other 3 teams I mentioned were all 6.5 or 7 point favorites here in Arizona. The heat is the equalizer for the Cardinals.Temps at 80 degrees and the sun beams preety good especially in the 1st half.Jeff Blake against one of his former employers. The short line really makes me love the Cardinals. The under should be a very sweet play because if the Cardinal defense plays like they have been, they will shut the Bengals down big time.Arizona will wear the Bengals down with the running game.Remember also its 8o degrees, so Bengals are not moving as fast as they were doing the last 3 or 4 games.
The outright victory for the Cardinals is very reachable. The other thing that might happen is a Cardinal blowout. The one negative for the Cardinals that always does them in, is the turnovers.By not turning the ball over, the Cardinals get their opponent to play Cardinal ball Win time of possession is one way to play Cardinal ball.

The Bengal SHIPP stops in the SAND.

Bang away with the Cardinals for the 1st half, game, money line, and the under for the whole game.
Just the way I see it.

Cardinals blowout? Are you kidding me? I really dont see how the Bengals go into Arizona and get blown out. Jeff Blake has been plain horrid and the kicker sucks too. Meanwhile Kitna has been playing great. I do see Shipp having a good game, but this is a team that lost 38-0 to Seattle, now I know youll say Cincy did beat them but they forced turnovers so thats the reason why. Well funny thing is ChadC's big reason for playing seattle last week was because they were so good turnover differential.
The Bengals are a short line because the Cards just beat SF and are coming off a W, Marcel Shipp is in for Smith(who is a joke these days, and Shipp's presence is one of the reasons I played the Cards last week). I see some points in this one.
31-20 Bengals

and these historic Bengals ATS trends are just stupid!!!

Chad, dont know if you saw the last game or not. 1 or 2 plays before the final tipped interception, Hasselback threw it right to Mark Roman who dropped it. He was standing there and it came right to him, no WR around. and he just dropped it. So I just dont know about all the breaks, Bengals D has been forcing a lot of pressure.

Maybe Matt, I didn't watch it so I don't know. Chad Johnson is the best WR that is not known, I give in

When are people going to realise this is a different Bengals Team to recent years.
The offense is not one dimensional anymore, If Chad Johnson was playing for one of the big Teams everybody would be raving about him. His presence has allowed Warrick to turn his game around and with Washington and TE Kelly the passing game is formidable. The O-Line is solid in pass and run. The run game is solid with or without Dillon.

The defense is no great shakes but Lewis has installed a system that the players understand and play to their strengths. The Punters a joke.

As for Arizona, they played a badly injured 49er team. They had so many blockers in that there was only a triple covered Owens to throw to, if you dont count Tai Wreeks. Add to that the kicking fiasco and Arizona still only won by 3, what their getting Sunday.

Rookie receivers Anquan Boldin and Bryant Johnson both sustained injuries in Sunday's game against the 49ers, the Arizona Republic reported. Boldin suffered a thigh contusion, and Johnson injured his left shoulder. No timetable was given on Boldin, while Johnson is expected to miss two or three days.

Kyle Richardson was brought in 2 weeks ago to improve the punting game, he had a great game against Baltimore, but a poor game against Seattle. but he is a major upgrade over Nick Harris who couldnt punt to save his life.

The trend is my friend. I'll play the Bengals. They have the Mother Jones - MOJO.

Interesting trend...

Teams playing the 3rd of three in a row at home vs a non-conference foe are a perfect 10-0 OVER
since 1991. Exact situation Arizona is in now.

The Cards have been very unpredictable this year. Blake looked good early but hasn't shown up lately. I'm staying away from picking this one. Perhaps the total is the way to go.

I rather play the under here as the Bengal road games 17-31 O/U including 2 unders already this year.

The Bengal trends are stupid? Well here is a trend that is good for all NFL teams when it comes up.

Play on a home dog if they won their last game outright vs. an opponent who was at home.Only Since 1990 it has a super record of 98-54-6 ATS.

Play on a home dog off awin if their opponent is off a HOME win. This trend has sucked also.It is 101-68-6 ats since 1990.

Play on a home dog when both teams games have been decided by 3 points or less. This has sucked also.It is only 26-16-3 ats.

Only a few more reasons to bang away with Cardinals.Gotta love the temp. of 80 degrees.

Money in the well.

Im sorry but as unlikely it is to see the bengals favoured on the road...they took care of the browns in that same way...These are no longer the bungals...they are the bengals...its a differnet team. The only thing that goes agains them this week is the situation as they were dogs and are now favourites on the road..thats always a bad sign however..its the Cardinals...Blake will turn the ball over...cinderalla wins again...loving the bengals.

Captain,
You are entitled to your opinion and you most probably will be right. However, I think you would be right for the wrong reasons.

As with all outcome stats, they are only of worth if you have been betting them since the stat began. 98-54-6 ATS shows a great profit but if your first bet is this Sunday ending up in the 54 column doesnt really tell you why you lost.

By the way, the forecast for Sunday is Partly cloudy, Max 70 degrees with low humidity, winds of 5 to 9 MPH blowing down the field.

Winbet, I have been following the #'s game the last 3 years. The 98-54-6 is 1-1 this year. After Sunday make it 2-1.Hey thanks for the weather report and winds.Any fires down from California for the game?

I have been on the Bungals twice this year and against them once with Broncos.I had them last week and in Buffalo. But this is still the NFL.Home dogs win more than they lose. The Bungy Cords should be favored by 6.5 or 7 not a stupid 3 points. We all know that the Niners are in the bottom 10 of worse teams in the league right now and some assholes layed the 7 points last week in the sand. The Bungy cords are as good or better than the Niners, so why is the line 3.The Bungy Cords soundly beat a Baltimore team at home 2 weeks ago.3 weeks ago the same Baltimore team went to the Sandtrap in Arizona and they were minus -6.5 and won the game.Who's better Baltimore or the Bungy Cords? Probably the Bungy Cords. With that said get into the trap mode folks and lay that wood.By Sunday the way everybody likes the Bungy Cords, the line should rise to 4 or more points.
More value!
