ATTENTION all Rx followers: Please run as fast as you can from Smokey Wins. This guy Chuck Luck/Smokey Wins (aka Chuck McDowell) is a big-time schemer and scammer. He is constantly looking for ways to make a quick buck and this is just his latest little project.
His claim that he has 23 straight winning years and a 70.3 winning % this year is complete and total BS and has scamdicapper written all over it. I guarantee you he has no way to support this claim. If you believe this you deserve to be scammed!
And don't believe all the posts that support him...I have no doubt that some of these are his own creation. Believe me, this guy is smooth...he could sell ice to an Eskimo...and he may even win a while in the short-term, but then again any Average Joe is capable of this.
Before this latest adventure, he was (or may still be involved) with Music City Sports. And before that he was involved in a sports "investment group" called Maven which ended up fleecing thousands of dollars from many people. If you ask Chuck about this he will cry like he was a victim too. But make no mistake about it...he was in on this scam and acted as the marketing arm to lure people in.
If anything, Chuck is a good sales man...he will definitely tell you what you want to hear. But when it comes to handicapping and finances, Chuck is a big loser. Most likely the plays he will sell you are plays he purchased from Brian Mac, another big time scammer.
Frankly, I am surprised that Ken has allowed this Chuck to post on this site. Afterall, way back when, before Ken started this site, he use to be a capper/service himself...and I am sure Ken will be able to recall that Chuck sent him some bad checks on at least more than one occasion.
