really didn't want to do this, but I now feel it's appropriate so others will understand the process and decide for themselves if this is what they want to do

two years ago, almost to the date, I made my last withdrawal request with them. At the time, they kept requesting more and more information from me and it seemed they only requested more information when I would call them to check the status. At least one time they had said they couldn't read what I sent.

I made a request on April 25th. I told them all the documentation they requested last time was the same. Same license, same address, same utilities and even the same card. They acknowledged receiving the request via e-mail.

My request was rejected. I called them and they said they needed an authorization form filled out and that they needed a copies of my license, my card and a utility bill in my name going to listed address, I provided such immediately. (if I didn't call to follow up, I wouldn't know they wanted this stuff AGAIN, they did not contact me)

To their credit, they reinstated my withdrawal request on April 26th. It's listed as in process and "under review"

On Monday April 28th at about 5 PM, I called to see how long the "review" would take. I was told a couple of hours, they had to review my deposits and my bets to see how my money was won (really?).

I said it's been under review since Saturday, over two full days now. He told me my withdrawal was a 'VIP withdrawal", and they only process those requests on Mondays. I figured OK, maybe by tomorrow my request will be processed and the funds removed from my wagering account (I think they're hoping I'll give some back, but I'm not)

It's now Friday May 2nd, my request is still "under review"

Now I trust I'm getting paid, but this process is fucking ridiculous

I remember the good ole days with Neteller. My request would be processed in less than one hour and the funds would be in my Neteller account within two hours.

Within two hours of making my request, I could withdraw 1k from my Neteller account using their debit card (their limit was 1k per day via debit card)

Now I can't even get a check put in the mail in 7 days and counting

Do all books do this nowadays? is their any book that processes requests faster?

good thing I'm not desperate for the money, I just want to get paid. Beginning to feel like chasing tenants for fucking rent

I never have a problem with heritage for big amounts......they have all my information on file and all i need is my payout password.

Granted I hate their customer service for the most part......but payouts there have always been solid....I do miss the greek though.

Every book ive made a withdrawal (large amounts especially) from has done this...from the signatures not matching perfectly to some kind of bs run around in hope youll go back to betting and potentially losing. Theyll eventually run out of excuses but not without your constant harassment. I always use the chats so i can log what im told...Pray to withdrawal gods they are your only hope now.

Never had one issue with 5dimes on withdrawals. They are processed quickly every time and at my door within a week.

The only time they have rejected a payout request was when I tried to make two in a one week, which is against their policy

You're just posting to get a rise, and you really should just shut the Fuck up. Willie's post is helpful to players considering depositing there.

I guess you weren't making a "VIP" withdrawal, whatever that is

I never use customer service except for payouts, so I can't speak to that.

I haven't played at 5 Dimes in over 10 years, surprised to hear this. I've had no trouble getting withdrawals at 4 different books, except one that had previously made same day payouts a couple of weeks ago paid me on Wednesday after a Monday morning request. They mentioned it was Easter and they really take that day seriously in Costa Rica(and I recall waiting a WEEK to get paid during that week from a book many years ago, so I know this to be true), but, otherwise, no problems whatsoever. I always ask when I sign up with a book(or reload) if they need ID(and, at the books that I play at, if you don't deposit via credit card, they never do) so that I can send that immediately and not have any delays on the payouts.

Agreed but even they will have people posting to complain about things. No book will ever escape these kinds of threads.

am I missing something? should I simply accept this process? did I do something wrong? am I doing something wrong?

I'm just providing raw facts, are you saying this is the norm?

how fast does JB pay?

I have provided everything they wanted immediately, they have verbally acknowledged such and they haven't "rejected" the request (which is what they do when they say they're missing something)

how fast have they paid you?

If everyone else gets paid so quickly, how can my two requests take so long? I'm really looking for serious answers

Dafinch,

Can you let us know who you most prefer at this point for ease of transfer of funds (U.S.) and whatever. 10 cent line in bases of course.

Thanks!

Amazing to me now how books want to shove bonus down out throat that we don't want (stupid big rolls of course) and especially, how easy it is to get barred for winning.
