I'm shocked at this nitwits. (CC) animosity towards the Pats. Espn should be embarrassed at his comments regarding the deflated balls. Enough is enough,,,, totally discrediting the pats accomplishments over the past 10 yrs is absolutely ridiculous, I'm a pats fan and I do believe this will be an incredible game; looking at a pats win by 7 to 10. Stating the obvious but if we can contain Wilson and lynch Seattle is in for a surprise.

CC you are a total ass.....Slapping-silly90))

..Not only that he is a Buckeye; and so people will take potshots at him; and the entire Buckeye nation; as "We are the Champions"; as Freddy Mercury would say; in his velcro pants...

Agree. Patriots are cheaters and cheated to win 3 superbowls. It's a fact. That is one thing boston fans should just try to forget and avoid

0 Super bowls since spygate. Many feel there should be an asterisk beside they ones they did win because they cheated. Hard not to argue. Cris Carter can say what he wants. Go Hawks!

Only one of the 12 New England Patriots footballs used in the team's AFC Championship game win against the Indianapolis Colts was under-inflated by a full two pounds, according to NFL.com's Ian Rapoport.
"Several" other balls were found to be roughly one pound under-inflated, and "several more" were either right at, or barely beneath, the correct inflation mark.
The one football under-inflated by two pounds is in the NFL's possession for purposes of its ongoing investigation as to whether the Patriots purposefully deflated their footballs in order to gain an advantage over the Colts.
------------------------------------------------

it keeps getting better and better and better for the Pats

the haters will have egg on their faces, but that won't stop them from lying lying lying

Chris Carter is so fucking wrong he's diminished his own credibility, he's the loser now, as are everyone dumb enough to still be believing in and citing Chris Mortensen's original totally trumped up reports

it's going to me interesting to see what scumbags that put down Bill & Tom & the Pats apologize, and which ones will still stand behind dis-proven facts (I'm referring to people who have a platform BTW, not us Rx posters)

you have a few hours left to embrace that line

a Chris Carter should be the first in line to offer his apology (but I doubt such a classless reckless vile human being can ever do such)

Just a tad dramatic. He gets paid to have an opinion. Some will agree, some won't. It's no different than you sharing your opinion above. In my opinion, CC is entertaining, one of the few guys on countdown worth listening to. Good luck today, I think you're going to need it.

cc is probably back on the crack pipe. weather he says he is reformed or recovered or not he was a disgrace to his team the nfl and to his family. he and ray lewis are thug drug felons who should be booted from espn and the airways all together.. also not to mention espn crew is tired and old. cb is done with his tired ass as ditka falls asleep on set. tom j is all done too although he is a good guy (i met him once) . espn is so over.

I still like to know if one team had advantage with deflated balls the other team did also. Colts got their ass kicked if they played with water balloons. As not a big pro football fan looking in I think this is just stupid shit

agree its much ado over almost nothing, but both teams did not play with the same footballs, each team has their own balls for use on offense

I have no horse in this race, I'm a Giant fan and this article, if you read it with an open mind, will give some credence to it may just have happened due to the weather and the fact they inflate their balls toward the lower end of the acceptable range!! You can't take anything away from what the Patriots have accomplished over these many years. And besides if you believe Vince Lombardi, Bill Parcells, Bill Walsh or any great coach is a pure as the fresh fallen snow I have a bridge to sell you!!! Enjoy the game, hope it lives up to what it could be!!!

This game, like so many Super Bowl games, has so many distractions it's a miracle that any one can handicap the game.
Seattle didn't look bad last week, they looked terrible and they still won. What? NE. has been holding "court: defending the
"lighter-than-air" footballs debacle....I hope they had time to prepare for the game.
Who is going to win this "pick-em" game ? I've been following professional football for 70 year and I don't have the slightest idea.

I think I will have a little fun and play the proposition-bets....I really love the "coin-toss" one. Now that really takes skill to handicap.

Good luck Guys. One think I know for sure......there will be a lot of the Rx's that will win and, sadly, many will lose.
