Chop, just wanted to add a couple of comments:
I have come to the conclusion that the cyber world allows people to reveal their true characters with little to no accountability and that's just the way it is. Just know that there are people out there gaining from your solid selections and screw the others.

AZ

Very True. Chop it seems like a lot of jealousy, as I have never seen you make a negative comment about any posters here....You are a tremendous capper and you help alot of people....more power to you.

BTW folks.

In order to prevent people from saying that the lines I post are not fair.

I always list the line of the game at the time that I post.

Sometimes I will make a wager on a game, and by the time I come to the board to post the bet the line has changed against what I played the game at by 10 to 20 cents.

If that happens I always post the plays at the price the games are at the time of my post.

I think this is only fair.

If I bet a game at 10PM at +128 and by the time I post at 9AM the next day the line moved to +115, im going to post the game on this forum at +115 even though I bet the game at +128.

It does you no good to post your bets if you are going to use a number that no one can get it the time of the post. I think this is the only way to be fair.

I am giving everyone that follows my plays at least a fighting chance to bet the game at the numbers that they are when I submit my threads on here.

chop, any insight on linescum compared to liriano...?

They are simalier in alot of ways.

Liriano has a fastball that tops out at about 96, Lincecum about 100.

Liriano has a tremendous changup that really keeps hitters offbalanced. I would say he got just as many Ks last season with his changeup as he did his fastball. No telling how many times I saw hitters fall on there ass protecting against his fastball only to swing way ahead of his change.

Lincecum also has a changeup, but not nearly as good as Liriano. Lincecum has the most fun to watch curve ball that you will ever see.

I guess I would compare his curveball to Barry Zito, when Zito is on has A game. It can get up to 7 feet in the air and just drop off as it gets to the plate.

Both pitchers have a less than normal delievery which helps both pitchers fool hitters.

When you see him pitch tonight you are going to marvel at how he is able to get that much juice into his pitches. I have seen him pitch twice.

He may even be smaller than Billy Wagner. I promise you he is no taller than 5' 11" at the most, and with his delievery it seems like he is almost throwing against himself. Then all of a sudden the hitter is faced with 100MPH fastball.

Its going to be fun to watch. The 2 pitchers are pretty close.

And one other thing.

Alot of times I will bet a game at matchbook, and its off the normal line.

I will post the number from betjam or 5dimes, just because its more conventional.

I have also noticed that there are people here who bet the game at matchbook and when they post there records, they dont take out the comish from the winning wagers. They pretend like it dont exist or something.
