I dont think any person respects Zambrano more than me.

I cant think of a single advantage the Cubs have in this game other than its being played in Chicago. Carpenter has owned the Cubs for a long time now. The only game Carpenter has ever lost against the Cubs is a head to head matchup last season against Zambrano very late in the season after StLouis put everything in Cruise control.

I dont see Carpenter giving up more than 3 runs. And even if Zambrano is as good as Carpenter, that StLouis lineup will give him a tremendous challenge that Carpenter does not have to deal with.

At -114 its a steal.

Cubs lineup is every bit as good as St Louis right now.

I don't agree with this Chop. Top to bottom I would rather face the Cardinals lineup rather than the Cubs. It will not surprise me if the Cubs are the best hitting team in the NL this year.

I realize that Murton and Cedeno are question marks but the rest can flat out hit. Including their pitchers.

Thanks for the plays Chop. Be careful going against Detroit right now. Chris Shelton is on pace to hit a roid free 202 home runs this year.

Chop, been with you these last two days and i am going to stick with you throughout from what i here from everyone else. I disagree with you on the cubs/cardinals game but i can't pick against you. The cardinals are a sleeping giant coming off scoring one run yesterday and you put Zambrano against them you never know what could happen. They are going to make him throw strikes today since he was so wild against the reds, hopefully, since i am a huge cubs fan they can pull it out. I have money on the Cards though...
:dancefool
The only reason i really want the cubs to win today is because i wanna bring a BROOM to wrigley on sunday for sunday night baseball!!

2 years ago Oliver Perez looked like he had the potential to be a legit #1 in the league. Man i was wayyyy off on that one. He looks like crap.

I saw that and I also saw his first game of this season. He looked pretty good on opening day. Nothing like he pitched today. How are you supposed to know when someone is going to lay an egg like that.

I thought for sure the Pir/Cin under 9.5 was a solid play... Too bad Ollie Perez didn't show up today, he looked terrible.
