I don’t speak Chinese but I’ve heard enough of Chinese restaurant owners yelling at their cooks in the kitchen and the guy in the background of this video sounds just like that. Think he’s saying something to the effect the guy stealing the bike is bringing shame and dishonor to many generations of his family. He shall be caught and sent to sweat shop.
