Some high ranking officials from China are in San Jose for a few days...I never, ever seen so many police in Costa Rica as I saw today...Cops on the streets and the highway like you never seen...Criminals took the day off I suppose....that's quite a payback for building a soccer stadium for you....police earned their pay today...:think2:
