i recieved an e-mail today from stub hub due to buying and selling of tickets of past years and today they were listing the chiefs/steelers game in kc on the 27th.now i am a season ticket holder and can't go to all the games of course but i seen prices of tickets in my area at unbelievable prices.i sell my tickets to the games i don't go to from 150-175 depending on the team playing the chiefs and i seen ticket prices in my area for 295 and up,as far up as 425,are you kidding me,are people that greedy for money that they sell their tickets for such a high price.the way the economy is today people are getting worse instead of better.why do people rape others for their tickets?why not help another out with maybe kids that can't afford a ticket price for a game at a decent price so they may be able to go to see a game.this pisses me off, people are so money hungry its unreal,..and i also,if didn't sell my tickets on time of my listing i give them up for charity in the kansas city area just to not waste the tickets and let someone who can't afford them be able to go,sorry for the long speech but it bothers me.

how do others feel about this subject?let me know cause i believe in helping people instead of just looking out for myself

thanks

It isn't greedy to ask for a high price if people are willing to pay it. Supply and demand.

considering in n.e you pay full price, even for the pre-season games, it gives you a chance to recoup some of your cash...

Well, when I was a season Ticket holder with the Yankees.... There were a few Games over the Year that I could make.

Might of gave some away to Friends or for Business, But I would Sell some for a Profit if it was a Big Game.

I Once sold Floor Seats to a bruce springsteen concert at Giants stadium for $1,000 a piece. Think they were $200 Face.

I could understand what Keyman is talking about.... But 9 out of 10 Times, People will Sell their Tickets for a Profit.
Some people do this as a Business....

A lot of successful ticket scalpers in Toronto. Of course, they're lucky because they've got a suckers' market. Maple Leafs fans will pay an arm and leg to see the Buds play the last place Blue Jackets.

Pittsburgh fans are the by far the most gung-ho. I remember reading a while back that one team in the league won't sell a single game ticket to the Steelers game; you have to buy season tickets if you want to see that one.

I love when Heath Miller catches a pass at away games and the STEELER FANS yell HHHHEEEEAAAATTTTHHH and other fans watching on tv asking why r they booing Heath Miller. That was the Balt coach who was pissed because of so many Steeler fans in Balt. Steeler fans are trying to get tickets for SF next month. They wil be there.
