I've been to a 3rd world country that's now an emerging power in Asia and moreso a developing country than a 3rd country but it counted as a 3rd world country when I visited as a kid. Well, I could concur on Boston having lots of morons in the sense that they're ridiculously liberal. The same goes for Oregon, Washington and California.... white liberals especially are some of the biggest idiots to ever walk the earth. However, in all fairness, it is white altruism that created such harmonious, incredible civilized countries.
