..."ethical considerations are being weighed in those newsrooms"

Funny...ethical consierations don't seem to be holding back Muslim newspapers from publishing tremendously offensive cartoons (by anyone's standards) depicting Jews and Christians as well as Jesus Christ himself. When cartoons from their own newspapers are taken into consideration, Islamic intolerance of the Muslim cartoons appears highly hipocritical.

So rather then "raising the bar" you'd advocate tit for tat? Lower you standards to the level of those you detest?

I agree that bad behavior doesn't justify other bad behavior. In this case, both sides are being insensitive to the other's religious beliefs, and I don't see the point in any of it. In fact, given the current state of things in American media, I feel that the media should be reeled in somewhat. The media needs to take responsibilty for their actions. Publishing insensitive matter that serves only to incite negativity, such as those worthless cartoons that at least 10 people have literally died over, is shameful and irresponsible IMO. People should be held accountable for their actions.

Yes, they did. You're wrong. Case closed.

You strike me as one of those very compassionate, tolerant liberals. A real dove. One thing I'll never be worried about is liberals coming into power in the U.S. One simple reason...they don't reproduce enough (thank the Christian Lord). Liberal fertility rates are far below conservative fertility rates, so in spite of our universities, there's hope for this nation yet.

You strike me as Michelle Malkin.

That is a fact. Fertility rates in red states are 12% higher than in blue states, and climbing. There is other demographic census data that supports this notion as well. I read an amazing article in the last issue of "The Wilson Quarterly" about it.

using your figures, when do you think the population of north dakota will exceed california ?

"people should be held accountable for their actions"...amen brother....

blowing up civilians, rioting, beheading people, raping daughters, stoning women, gibbeting homosexcuals, demolishing buddhist, hindu, jewish and christian shrines, and flying commercial airliners into skyscrapers would be considered "hostile actiions",dontcha` think?....

the only reason this"man bites muslim" story even made the radar is because the msm chooses to ignore and misrepresent the mass of quieter arguments against attempted erosion of our freedoms by wahabbist sympathizers....
""called on Muslims who don’t “like the values of the West” to leave the United States. ""
and canada, mexico, central america, south america, europe, australia, new zealand, japan, africa and most of asia.....

you don't like western values, fine......there's plenty of third world ratholes that aren't "polluted" by western values......

why come to where you feel alienated?...

why?.....aren`t things peachy from whence you came?....is there some hidden agenda?...

don`t let the door hit you on your way out.....

Makes sense the letter was from a Professor of Mechanical Engineering...three paragraphs, three spelling errors.
