From my cell phone....I need to call a business in Belgium, and I need to call a business in Israel...so it seems that I'm not able to use any apps/wifi because I'm not calling another cell phone?
Old school calling cards? How much are those mothers?
These are one time calls, so I don't need any kind of a plan. Thanks

Given what just happened in Brussels...I probably won't be making that call today.
Skype is cheap...
