Actually 200 yards is nothing with optics and a long gun..someone with just decent skills can make this shot ...

There are only a handful of countries that are embedded within our own government to the extent that they could pull something like this off. China, Israel, the Ukraine. Who else? Motive is the key, but I don't know what that could be in this case. A long shot motive would be a warning to Trump.

I suspect we'll never hear the actual truth behind this crime.
