Like most of your pick but 3:
If OK st is a lower or none rank team, this could be a let down game for TX, I think TX wants to make a statement to BCS.
Tenn not a proven team when playing high ranking, they quit early and often.
Penn st is on high right now,play so well nothing bad to say about them, but game will be close to the end. This is a toss up, play against or don't bet
