</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>SBR Bill Dozer reports: Changeabet (SBR rating F-) owes player $45,000 for over one week. Changeabet tells the player that they can not pay because they are waiting for a cash infusion. The player then calls the wagering department and is told that Changeabet ownership is knee deep in debt and is closing with player funds and monies owed to their service providers. SBR has also learned that Changeabet is located in the former Gold Palace (SBR rating F-) office and that the owner, who goes by the name of Peter Cole, is said to have worked with the defunct sportsbook. SBR no-pay complaints against Changeabet now total over $100,000 as they have failed to execute the promised payout of $40,000 to another player. <HR></TD><TD width=70> </TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE><TABLE class=MainBox width=0><TBODY><TR><TD width=30> </TD><TD vAlign=top></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>:hump: </TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>

Why would someone keep 45 grand in an offshore account with no insurance?

No offense but what did they expect?

Probably hit a big parlay or something. I can't even begin to imagine someone leaving that kind of coin in a book without positive feedback coming from any of the industry sites.
