Thanks, there are a lot of rules. Sometimes when I'm watching it seems the ref's and the commentators don't even know them all, and they seem to use "discretion" about when they enforce them. But football is a fantastic game and its made even better by being able to bet on it.

I hope to get over to the US and go to a game or two next season.
