like the rest of the cubs pen lately? Im tellin you, 2008 NLCS game 6 cubs up 3-2 in the series, up 4-2 in the game Marmol will come in and walk 2 and hit a batter and then give up a double... then cubs will lose in 7...they need to adress this fuckin pen issue before what I just said happens.

I agree I think they run away with the division....win by at least 8 games and then blow it in the NLCS.

Marmol is the best setup man in the league IMO. I love B.J. Ryan, but I'd trade him in a second for Marmol to be the closer. He'd be a top 5 closer easy. The guy has absolutely nasty stuff.

Marmol is on pace for 80 games. Never good for a pitcher. I think they need to get another arm for the pen also.
