Ottawa -3 (No play)

Ottawa is vastly improved and will battle Montreal for top spot in the east, Edmonton is arguable the best in the West and come off a loss to BC so its dicey at best, I would lean to the dog here, I would look at the Under as well (57) as Ottawa's D has improved tenfold over last year.

Sask (+7)

Home dog lost their starting QB in week one and the quality from 1 to 2 really drops off here. I would pass on this one as the number seems just about right

Calgary (+2)

IMO.. Calgary is the worst team in the league this year and although Hamilton wasn't much better last year they have played some inspired ball this year, I would lay the small number and take Hamilton.

Montreal (-4) vs Toronto

Montreal in my opinion is the class of the league again and should win the East Division, Toronto will probably finish in that 3rd spot behind Ottawa. Montreal is equally dangerous on the road as they are at home. the number is tight here as T.O. plays good home ball, if anything I would lean to the OVER here as the coaching staff has talked in the local papers about getting more creative with the offence and specialty teams.
