GL this week Lewis, any opinion on KSU-Colorado. Buffs have struggled lately but that was against Florida State, Texas & Kansas (2 on the road). They beat W Virginia at home and I see them taking out some frustrations on a not very good Kansas St team.

I liked Col when I first looked at this game but I think the better bet might be the over........these two dont seem to play defense this year........I will look at some more before the week is out and let you know if anything changes but for now its a no play for me...........

leans

I am just writing up the games that I like the most........

Thursday

TCU PK This line is moving all over the place and dont really know what to think about it..............TCU has been at +2, +1.5, +1, and at a PK...........Anyway, I think that TCU has the defensive scheme that can slow down a team like BYU. They have held teams like Texas Tech to way less than there average and Coach Patterson and his staff will have a defensive game plan that will hold this team to way below their season average........TCU's offense will be able to move the ball on the ground which will keep that potent offense off of the field which again helps their defense. TCU averages 4.6 yds per carry and gives up 0.8 yds on the ground!!!!!!!!! TCU has also played good running teams like OU and Colorado St so those numbers are amazing. If these stats hold true then that will make BYU one dimensional which again will help the TCU defense out........I see this as a close game but one that TCU will win at home and ruin the chances of BYU's BCS run.........I actually hope I am wrong because I love to see teams like BYU, Utah, and Boise St crash the BCS........but I play to win so I will most likely be on the Horned Frogs ML on Thursday............TCU 27-17........

Saturday

Maryland +1.5 Terrapins always seem to play to the level of their competition and they will step their game up in this matchup.......Plus, anyone that saw WF play last week vs Clemson knows that they are not a powerhouse team that cant be stopped........except the public who still thinks Clemson is a top 10 team (haha)......hell, Navy beat them at their own house.......WF is well coached but Coach Friedgen will have the Terps ready to go coming off of a bye so dont expect the style of WF to surprise this Maryland team because they have had plenty of time to prepare for all of the tricks that WF likes to run.......Plus, throw in the fact that WF has Miami next on their schedule and you could have some players looking ahead to their next game..........I love Maryland in this spot and think they get the SU win on Saturday.......another ML play!!!!.....Maryland 31-17!!!!!!!!!

Ole Miss +13.5 This is way too many points for Alabama to be laying...........The last three in this series have all been decided by 3 points and with the ALA offense I just dont see them winning this game by more than 7........Ole Miss has already proven that they can play with the big boys this year by upsetting Forida at the SWAMP!!!!!!! Both teams are coming off of a bye so there shouldnt be any surprises but there doesnt need to be..........Ala is a solid team but Ole Miss isnt that far behind...........Snead is proving to be a good QB and their defense is very respectable against the run by only giving up 3 yds per carry which is what ALA will want to do...........Anyway, I see a game decided by less than 7.........I will give the small edge to ALA..........ALA 23-20.......

Missouri +6.5 I love that this line has opened at this number...........When it gets to 7 I am going to hammer it.....and if it doesnt get to 7 I am going to hammer it!!!!!!!!!MIZZOU is going to be in this game until the end and I think that they go into Austin and pull the SU upset on Saturday........The Texas secondary is not a strong unit and Daniels will exploit this early and often with Macklin and the rest of the WR's and TE's that are at his disposal........no offense to OU but IMO MIZZOU has the best offense in the Big 12 and they will prove it once again on Saturday........For those that bring up last week, I warned you that the Tigers might be looking ahead to this matchup a week early and it looks like I might have been right but it does give us more value so lets take advantage and hammer this one for the Big 12 GOY!!!!!!!!! I might change my mind but right now that is the way I am leaning....I will probably put a little on the ML in this one.......but the big one will be with the points.......TIGERS 45-31!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (I cant wait for someone to tell me how stupid I am this week!!!!!!!!!)

Here is rest in order of strength........

Arizona
Mich St
Rutgers
Baylor
Navy
Iowa St
Iowa
Colo St
Stanford

if they become stronger I will try to have a write up

Mr Lewis, you are far from stupid. These pix are against common perception, and have solid reasoning behind them. I look forward to your unit amts on these.

I liked TCU when I first saw this gm, but they did turn it over 5 times vs Colo St. And, does it matter if Andy Dalton starts? He'll be rusty, and perhaps worried about his knee, which could be a problem since he likes to run. And did you know TCU is on a 5 gm losing streak on Thurs?

Thanks for the great pix, GL!

thanks Wormy...........I was just referring to last week when I was called stupid for making Florida a 20 unit play but guess what they beat them by more than I thought they would..........As for TCU, I will keep a close eye on this one and the situation with Dalton........the turnovers dont bother me as they were looking ahead to this game last week.........Losing 5 in a row on Thursdays doesnt bother me either because I dont put much into trends like this......Thanks for the info and if you get anymore updates on Dalton or anyone else, let me know........thanks and gl

ALA is definitely a good team this year but the Clemson win is looking less impressive but the Georgia wins still looks good......these teams usually play close games against each other and Nutt usually gets his teams up for the big games and they falter against lesser opponents.......IMO this is a game where you take the dog or you dont play it........

First off this game is not a play so far because some of the stuff you have mentioned but it is still a possibilty.......

Now to the game........Brown is a good back but Rutgers will only have to focus on the UCONN run game which will help them in this contest......UCONN has been unable to pass all year and I think that will continue.......Rutgers has a good showing last week vs Cincy which is in a similar situation as UCONN........IMO you either play the home dog or nothing but gl with your plays and thanks for your insight........
