Michigan -7.5 vs. Oregon

~The thing here to remember is that Michigan has lost on there trip out west 2 out of the last three years. UCLA in Navarres first start in 2000 and Washiington the following year. I remeber both games and I can tell you that the UW lose was a fluke, and UCLA took advantage of a young QB at home with a solid Bruins team that year. Regardless, those two loses mean the current Wolves are FOCUSED this week to bring there A game to the DUCKS.

"We have not won on the west coast since I have been here, and that's something we all have in the back of our minds. We're going to Oregon with our A-GAME and to WIN!" said fifth year senior Jeremy Lesuir..

The thing here is this, The Wolves know this maybe there hardest road game of the year. (minnesota will ultimately be) there focused and experienced and VERY talented.. I see them winning out-west in what will turn into a BIG BLUE onslaught!

~The Wolverines team speed has been the key on Defense so-far. The Offense has grabbed all the attention but the defense and special teams are the true leaders here. Michigan ZONE blitz is devastating with the SPEED they have on the outside, Oregon will turn the ball over and Michigan will benifet yet again from great fIeld position. Breaston, This kid can FLY and a 3 in out deep in your territory turns into a possible nightmare for your punting team.. Everygame he is back returning punts he becomes a huge factor.. HUGE Advantage Defensively and special teams to the WOLVES..

Offense.. Michigan's running game and Perry have grabbed all the PUB for three weeks! Going against Oregon's weak, yes weak secondary its time for future NFL stars like Edwards and Avant to shine.. Navaree makes his coming out party this saturday as the WOlves GO-UP and over the ducks threw the AIR!

PS.. I saw the game plan.. Navarre throw for 3 touches and 280yds. Perry runs for 120.. and the WOLVES win by 17...

GOOD LUCK!

Nevada -1.5 over SJSU..

SJSU still sports one of the worst defenses in the country. Yes they can score but so can Nevada. Last year Nevada rolled over 50plus on the board against the Sparty's. this year no-different! I will be playing the over and Nevada come Friday night against the spartans at home.. Spartan stadium isn't a advantage and SJSU defense is so bad that many local HS could put 20plus on the board against them.. Don't worry if the Spartans score a couple early folks, they do have talent on offense, come the 2nd 1/2 Nevada will be scoring on them easier then when you banged your prom date senior year of highschool!

GOOD LUCK!

OSU -14plus vs BG

Well I got this line monday at 14.. Bowling green is overvalued here after there win against Purdue. And OSU is undervalued after there close calls and everyone jumping off there bandwagon the last 2 weeks.. Listen OSU is stellar defensively. there offense is too big and too fast for BG.. OSU has never done well against there in-state mac and confusa teams! SO why do I love OSU this week.. I'll tell you why there a shit-load better then bowling green and there pissed! OSU may pitch a shutout this saturday and with or without Krenzel they will wear down BG and score at will in the 2nd 1/2! Also OSU back-up to Krenzel is a star in the making!!

OSU -38 -- BG -10

enjoy!

Miss st. -4.5 over Houston

Why would I place another wager on these s.o.b's after last week???? Because last week they did outplay Tulane for 3.4 quarters. MSU is solid, they just have to reach down deep and find themselves as a team.. It GUT-CHECK week down in Bulldog country, I'm taking the Bulldogs on merit, and merit alone! There at the crossroads as a team and they will come out and show there a quality team this saturday!

Houston has a freshman at QB whom got a lesson in futility against the wolverines last time out.. Houston does not match-up with MSU and MSU will baffle the young TX at QB all day! growing pains in Houston and a since of urgentcy in Mississippi leads to a easy W for the BULLDOGS!

I'm on Miss St. -4.5 over Houston

I like Texas A&M Defensive Coordinator Carl Torbush's scheme to keep this one close. VT lives and dies off of their running game with stud tailback Kevin Jones. I look for Torbush's scheme to limit VT to under 100 yards rushing, forcing Randall and Vick to beat them with their arms. Once A&M's defense frustrates Tech's running game, look for continuous pressure on Randall and Vick forcing them to make bad decisions.

Look for plenty of running from A&M as coach Franchione has yet to show much confidence in QB Reggie McNeal. Both teams will be running plenty of option and the weather should be ugly due to Hurricane Isabel. Virginia Tech squaeks this one out with their superior special teams play.

since you think i have no clue, i decided to give you my 2 cents on one of your picks.i think you are dead wrong about nevada.
i will go with san jose state and if i lose this one i will never ever post in your threads again. i will actually stop posting and go back to lurking if nevada covers.i have this game at sjst-5 and this game has "trap" written all over it.did you know that no fav has covered after losing to oregon in almost 3 years??? (0-12-1 ats). last nine actually lost straight up as avg-big favs after losing to oregon. also, last 10 dogs covered the spread after losing to stanford (by an average of 2 td's and a field goal =17.5 pts), 8 of them won straight up.

you say sjst has no home field advantage??? you have no clue guy. good luck. one of us will be grinning after this game.

nevada is overated and they covered at oregon simply because oregon played in a very taugh spot that day.

by the way guy i also played oregon for a full unit and oregon moneyline for 1/3 unit. i can see that you are a michigan fan but in gambling you can't bet with your heart. michigan is under the spotlights from coast to coast and it will hurt them this week. comming of a big rivalery win long trip to west coast before playing another divisional game. oregon is too good of a team to be a 7.5 dog at home. this is a live dog guy and the worst that can happen is michigan winning by a td,yet you stil lay7.5 pts instead of at least buying half a pt.? rookie mistake but good luck one of us will win.

by the way michigan plays there frist road game of the season and they are 0-5 ats 1-4 su losing all four as favorits in last 5 years when hitting the road early in the season .speaking of hfa michigan has the real hfa and they have never been the same team on the road. it's "turf" time. michigan favd by 6+ on turf 1-7 ats outch.

pay to win.. I went to SJSU.. The only homefield advantage they have is the trip to the stadium..

thanks for the posts, and if you can't post as your actual self why even bother??

for those of you that don't know pay to win is RAIDERS/ATX... I'm sure going back to lurking will be troublesome to him!

also raiders as you may not have noticed... Michigan plays on turf now.. They also are as we have stated a different team this year.. This is the best team Llyod has had in his tenure.. 97' included.. As far as the 1/2 point... I will not need it..

beating with my heart.. lmao.. that is why I played Notre Dame last week right??

Good like Raiders I hope your 21-33 record gets closer to .500 this weekend..

lol...

Pay to win

Enjoyed the comments. Will re-look at SJ St game. Michigan is on turf this year, so road turf stat is a throw out in my opinion. HOWEVER, odds are inflated, and this is first road and a non-conf game not as big for Mich as was ND, but HUGE for Ducks.

Kodiak lost numerous times with Mich in past, but this is a team with a CLEAR shot at BCS heaven.

Rex's score

SHOOTOUT!!!!!!!!!

Mich 37
Ore 33

GOOD LUCK!

Kodiak7...
Enjoy your picks/write-ups. I agree 100% with your Ohio State analysis. I'm a U of M grad, so I bleed Maize and Blue, but have no problem betting on the buckeyes when I see value. Bowling Green is out of their league but can hang for a half or so if they catch a few breaks. I too look for Ohio State to run away in the end. Good luck...

Kodiak-

I was all over ND last week as well. We both know that was the right play! I would take 10 points in that match-up any given saturday. No second-guessing.

Regarding A&M @ V-Tech-

Aggies coming into Blacksburg where they will encounter a Hokies team which IMO is better on both sides of the ball. Throw in the home-field advantage, the "thursday-night" advantage, and you have a recipe for a 2 TD+ win. I notice the line is at 15 at various places, which is huge considering the defenses for both teams are usually stellar. Small play on V-tech either way.

correct heinz.. It was evident that after that game that this Michigan team is something special.. I'm not waiting to make money anylonger on them...

There new O-Cor. brought in last year is just now paying dividends for Michigan.. Watch him take advantage of the Mismatches in the Oregon Secondary this weekend!

~I hate to see a person like Raiders so upset that he is forced to ghost and flame in my threads... what can you do however??? Also Raiders last week the DOG in the Michigan vs. ND game had covered 7 straight times and 13 out of 16... Things are different, I wish you the best but fading me here or in other spots isn't the smartest thing to do.. ALSO, grow some balls you little girl and post as yourself.. WERE all big boys we value all opinions.. Thanks
