For those that want to get an idea of what is happening currently, tune into the weather channell...........Des Moines levees are bursting and people are be evacuated as we speak.
Billsey and myself are slated to be in Iowa in two weeks for a lengthy stay, it appears we will be helping out the states citizens in the state anyway we can more so than sightseeing and playing golf.
Gratefully the weather forecast is calling for no rain from Monday-Wednesday of next week........but after that, who knows.

The flooding threatens the campus of the University of Iowa, which sits on the eastern and western banks of the river. By Saturday morning, the university's entire arts campus on the western side was flooded with up to 10 feet of water.
"We had to abandon it," says university spokesman Steve Parrott. "The water was coming up so fast."

Corn will possibly top 8.00 a bu. by months end..........this makes 4.00 gas seem line nothing.
Some of you may say, "whats the big deal about corn"? Well, corn is a part of many, many food components(corn sweetener, feed for cattle, etc., etc.).
The price of food should be a major concern with Americans, much more than gas prices.
