Allow me to give my thoughts here since I'm playing both side and total

1. West Virginia's press works better at home as they seem to get less fouls called. I expect a ton of free throws running up the score.
2. West Virginia is terrible at defensive rebounding, so second shot opportunities will create more points for Kansas
3. West Virginia is a great offensive rebounding team and 2nd chance points running up the score
4. Kansas didn't turn the ball over that much when they last faced west virginia. They now have tape to analyze, so I expect Kansas to fix mistakes and find weaknesses in the press.
