Funny you mention that because I think the days of the week do make a difference & I followed it for a while a couple of years ago with some success but lost track. Also Friday & Saturdays I followed when home teams were playing at home on those nights, and were home for the weekend hosting another game or so on Sunday for example. In that case, if the home team is playing on a Friday night, and not playing again until Sunday at home again, you can bet your azz most of those guys are going out for the night after the game and are a bit pumped up. Sounds crazy but from what I remember when following those occasions it had some meaning.....

But you're right, the same thing happend in the Oklahoma City/Memphis game earlier. Thunder couldnt score 53 points through 3 quarters then decide in the 4th they want to play & score 37 points alone.........:>(
