How can banks possibly enforce this law? There will be thousands of ways around it, different corps, involve banks not located in the states, use individual names like western union transactions.......................

Don't worry too much. There will be a long time before the dust settles, before we even know if this law will survive and I'm 100% certain your bank will give you ample warning "before" implementing any policy change.
