keeping her in jail does two things
1) the judge giving her the max sentence he could because he thinks she got off easy
2) protects her from any violence, let things simmer down and try to release her quietly
It's really all up to the sheriff now , he's the one that decides the gain time , off time , and good behavior.
They said he has a refference chart that they go by , but that the sheriff can self impose more or less time , it's really at his discretion.
The judge also mentioned that when the come back in a month she may already be free.
She is going to slip up somewhere down the line. If anything her prior party lifestyle will be her downfall if she doesn't make a drastic change. Being on supervised probation is often worst than being in prison because there are so many more temptations in society than behind bars.

She'll slip for sure...She's THAT kind of girl. I can easily see her getting involved with some seedy people when she gets out.She is going to slip up somewhere down the line. "Kim Kardashian is upset with Casey Anthony verdict? Ur father defended O.J.! Starting the Kardashian tradition of getting black men off" - @billmaher
that's in bad taste by Maher IMO
Kim is not responsible for her father's actions. And although he was the 1st atty OJ contacted (being a friend), he was not a criminal defense atty and I don't remember him doing anything during the trial
