It could mean absolutely nothing,but they have been low on neteller funds for at least the last 5 days. No payments were allowed to go out via neteller over the weekend and Ive had to break up my payout into 3 allotments, 2 of which already came in on 2 different days and declined on the 3rd allotment even though it went through the request system.

I don't think there is anything to be overly worried about. Will talked to Lenny today and tried tracking down his partner. Will is working on it so I'm a little out of the loop. But I will offer that every year it seems Cascade gets beaten up some in baseball. But as of today, SBR could not find any BM's that have changed their transfer policy and I haven't seen any slow pays.
There does appear to be some changes in Cascades business structure in the works and that has some jumpy. But if a player plays there and likes Cascade, I wouldn't see any reason why he should change.

I've never heard anything but praise for Cascade.
However, gamblingshark is perfectly in his rights to report something unusual like having to split up a payment.
Most of the time when this happens to a legimate book, the problem turns out to be a screw-up at Neteller, or the bank, or a clerk forgetting to check the account balance.

The bottem line is, you got paid. So don't waste our time having to defend Cascade when you can't decifer the difference between showing up late, or not showing up at all. It's obvious that Net Teller is having a few problems.
