Casablanca sent me this e-mail today. For those on 5% net back you may want to check your e-mail or call them and see if you can stay on the 5% back if you choose.

email:

We are making changes to our company in the next few weeks.

Some of these changes include a new website, new affiliate program and a new
loyalty bonus program.

You signed as an affiliate a few years back but have not actively pursued
sending players. The affiliate program was designed for website owners and
will no longer be available to anyone without an active website.

I apologize for the change but it is not in our best interests to have
inactive affiliates collecting commissions from their own accounts.

After All Star break we will also be eliminating the 5% back weekly program.

I will be willing to leave your account as well as the other accounts
under your affiliate number on both the 5% and the 10 cent line as they are
currently set. In order to approve this please send me back an email asap.
Accts currently on the 5% program will be switched this week to the new
program so I will need a confirmation from you if you wish to have your
accts remain the way they are.

I appreciate your understanding and look forward to hearing back from you
soon.

Has anyone been told no more 5% back, they didn't elaborate on what the other plans were to be. I'm going to stay on the 5% back.

Time to find a new home for your players if they arent making it worth your while.

Classless move by the book.

A player is a player. No matter when you brought them in. If they play, you should get paid.

Have not received any email from them yet. Was not on affiliate program but was getting 5% plus 10 cent baseball lines up until a couple of months ago. Was then told you have to give up one of them so I chose to keep the 5% back.

Is the 5% now being eliminated or are they saying you have to make a choice like I already did months ago?

Senditin. I think they are liberal to let you keep the 5%, but from what the e-mail said you need to let them know you want to keep the 5%.

Jerome - I agree. I haven't heard back from Dave yet on my reply to keep the affiliate. I made a lot of money in the past on the affiliate because I sent them some real squares.

Shack,

Maybe it's only the affiliate program (which I'm not familiar with) that is changing. Otherwise you had the choice of:

1. 5% back weekly on win or loss.
2. 1% weekly on volume.
3. 10 cent baseball line.
4. Free Half Point on all Internet Plays.
5. -08 Reduced Juice on all Internet Plays.
6. 20% back on losses at the end of year.

Keep us posted if you hear anything else!

Senditin - Yea, maybe so. They didn't have a problem with me staying on the 5% back.
