I just logged in.

Try leaving out the letters from the username, and just input the numbers.

Are you using .net (as opposed to .com) ?

Prosportsbook closed before the start of football. All accounts were transferred to betCBS with updated balances. We controlled the accounts from the beginning and held all deposit money.

If you have an account it is active and you should have received the email before the season started.
