Great game to watch. He was a leader out there and deserved to win but rookie mistake got him

I should've played on them. I posted a stat on Cincy winning 11 SU as a 6.5 pt home fav and car losing 9 SU as away dog 6.5 pts or greater. I think the %ats for Cincy was 16% and for car 66.5%

He's talking about David Carr of the Raiders, not Carolina...................:think2:

Watch him play against teams with a pass rush.... Chargers barely blitzed at all. You'll see his similarities to big brother.

The Raiders think so. They're building the franchise around him.
That doesn't say much. A lot of teams think they have a franchise guy and start building around him, but that doesn't mean he is actually the long-term answer. Recent failures picked earlier include Weeden, Manuel, Ponder, Gabbert, Locker, etc. My point is that he might actually be the real deal although it's way too early to tell.

The way he was yelling at his players to get in formation tells me he knows the playbook pretty well. He didn't look like a rookie out there until last play which he was going for the kill instead of marching down the field and kick FG.
