I haven't seen a lot of the Panthers and watched a little of the game today...but I wonder if all he hits he has tsken (or so it seems like he takes a lot of hits when I'm watching) are taking a toll...its the nfl...every hit is hard on the body regardless of how big and powerful he is.

Theres a a reason why there aren't running quarterbacks all over nfl like in ncaaf

Relax, we got TB at home next Sunday, or is it Funday, LOL. They could have played Stewart today, he was cleared by the Orthopedic Doc, but Rivera decided to roll the dice and see what would happen. He is after all, River Boat Ron. I'd say JonJon will be in the line-up next weekend to ensure we play every NFC game in Charlotte.

They're totally losing to Arizona in the NFCC game... no doubts about it. None. And you'll get points with AZ

Then you will be betting Cards ML......I don't wanna see you betting the spread, step up & back your words bro.........

They can actually relax.......its too thought to go undefeated now a days. Really thought Giants should gave beat them, but the team they beat 38-0, the Falcons, came back to best them in 2 weeks after the beat down........they tells me they aren't as good as we thought.......& not saying that cause they lost, saying that cause they lost to the team they waxed 2 weeks ago.......

Falcons aren't even getting in the playoffs......that's the joke.

I actually thought the Giants would beat them as well since Stewart was out, I commented to that effect in some thread here. Was gonna bet the Giants but overslept and when I saw the score was 35-7, couldn't believe it. Your absolutely correct, damn hard to run the table in the NFL, and even if you do, doesn't guarantee shit, ask the Pats. They'll be fine, the guy above spouting off about Zona, wait until they have to come to Charlotte to play, outdoors, in the cold, etc, etc.

Did you read all my misspelled words above? Lol.......damn smart phones aren't as smart as I would like them to be.

We know the Cards are playing great ball.......but that cover today was their first spread cover since September. I know covering spreads has nothing to do with a team just wanting to win the game, but I've always guaged covering the spread to how good a team really is.

Its no cake walk for Carolina, I think we all know this, but Arizona won't be going into Carolina & winning easily either.

I'm ready for the playoffs, but the thing that sucks about the playoffs is there isnt a nice 16 game schedule with football playing from 1pm thru 11pm.

Only a select couple games, & the spreads are tight!

^^^^^^^^

Had to chuckle with tongue in cheek at Chris Collinsworth's comment during tonight's game.......it's wide-ass open in the NFC during the playoffs, sans the Skins IMO. Not so sure the same doesn't apply to the dark side, aka AFC, which isn't even decided yet. At least we know what six teams are playing in the NFC, albeit we don't know seedings yet. Yeah, this time of the year, end of the season, Vegas has it figured out. Thought I did with Pitt and KC, thank God for the Minnesota Vikings!!! GLTA

Every time an NFL team loses the players girlfriends get mad...you know what happens next....."nothing". When warriors are unable to get the "edge" off, real trouble begin. We don't hear or read about this sort of thing but it comes into play.

<GRIN> Whataya mean "nothing" happens. Player lays all his guns out on the bed, throws girlfriend down on top of guns, then slaps her around, a la Greg Hardy, LOL.

Exposed. Any team with Ted Ginn as their #1 WR seems suspect to me. I don't think they have the weapons outside of Cam and the defense to keep up with a team like Arizona. The defense has been less than spectacular as of late and it wouldn't surprise me one bit if they lost to a Tampa team this week with an above average defense, a top RB and better WR corps.

The 1972 Dolphins went undefeated......but since the 16 regular season schedule, no.........Miami did it with a 14 regular season schedule.

Coach broke the mojo when he told the players no more bats on the practice field.

I don't think losing can ever be construed as something good

Patriots 16-0 team is a measuring stick for me. Look at that team. Star studded veteran defense with the most dominant WR in the history of the league who demanded taking 2 guys with him 50 yards down the field at times. Just looking at the Patriots who went 16-0 should of told you Carolina wasn't capable.

I think Carolina already peaked. Now Stewart has to get healthy.... I said last week in someones thread after the Beckham/Norman fight that Norman might of showed he's human. Everyone was focused on Beckham and what he did but I think that was the first time Norman was under the big lights and it changed him a bit and Julio had a fucking hell of a game the next week. I expect Carolina to bounce back in a must win situation to keep home field advantage throughout...but IMO even having to play for something this next week after back to back emotional games will hurt this team down the road.
