Carlton Sheets...this guy has been hawking Real Estate for 20 years!? Anyone buy his 'system'?

We have seen these guys come and go, these 'no money down' wizkids,lol..they are almost cut from the same cloth as a good scamdicapper it seems lol...But Carlton Sheets, this guy has been selling his Real Estate system / books for many years...

Has anyone ever purchased his materials and put his books to good use? It would seem by now he would have ran out of people to sell his books to if he was not legit..

Journey- There's always a fresh group of suckers out there. He's on about the same level as the scamdicappers but he doesn't scream as loud.

JM,think about it.If he was making all those millions in real estate,he wouldn't feel the need to sell the other shit.

Doesn't everyone know that real estate increases in value over time? Why do they need to buy this guys system?

Spend your $ on Tony Robbins products instead.

Tony Roberts is the actor with the Brillo head . Tony Robbins is the tall guy with the gigantic teeth. I read a book of his for a psychology class about 8 years ago. It was actually a really ,really good book. "Awaken the Giant Within". I haven't ordered his CDs though .

I don`t even know who Roberts is lol...I have followed some of Tony RObbins stuff too...its good , its just a refresher way of staying focused, it doesn`t hurt IMO...it never hurts to have some one motivating you, whatever the case...Robbins is very expensive though...big big teeth too! LOL!

Yeah journey. The Books are only 18 bucks at the most so my guess is that it is probably the same stuff as on the tapes. Although if you spend the $ for the CDs you may be more motivated to listen to em.

I do know someone that has bought his program. He owns 7 places now, two houses and five multifamily places. The cash flow is great, but the risk is as well. All the program is in very simple terms are ideas as to how to get 100% leverage into real estate you can rent. My friend is actually barely above breakeven currently, but only because the rental market is sucking terribly due to all the first time buyers out there. Still he does have significant net worth now, but the fact remains that if he cant rent the places out he suffers. If you want a simple way to do it, get some books at the library or ask around people for ideas for zero or little down financing. After all 3 to 5% financing is easy to get so you really dont even need to do that. After the first purchase you constantly leverage out the equity you do have in your properties to buy others, with the help of your clearing cash flow. It isnt complicated at all, but does carry some risks. I think that Rich Dad Poor Dad writer prescribes almost exactly the same plan.
