What an idiot of a first base umpire. The guy was clearly out at first on the replay...instead it's an infield hit and there goes the no-hitter. That umps deserves to sleep on the floor tonight.
Wood has the raw ability to be better (better than even Prior) but whether he will ever harness it and figure it out, who knows. If Game 7 of the World Series were played next week I'd go with Zambrano over Wood no question.
