I just revisited Carib, I had an account there a while back....

They have some nice promo's like lay 105 NBA sides 5pm to 6pm daily & lay 102 NFL tuesdays!!!

I also noticed they had a 10% reload Bonus...when I enquired further however they call it a 'Playing Bonus' which means that when you withdraw you have to give the Bonus back...

Is it just me or is this a bit ridiculous & are they not asking for a bit of trouble...what good is the Bonus if you have to give it back when you withdraw? I suppose you have a bit extra to play with but sheesh...seems a bit silly doesnt it? also opens up the door to potential disputes....

SportsSavant, I've always felt that Carib is one of, if not the best "overall" book. But, your right, that bonus deal they have is ridiculous. It does, like you say, give you a little bit more of playing money just in case you stink it up , but you should be entitled to keep that money. They also won't cover Western Union fees, no matter how much you send. You would think they would step up to the plate and compete with books that offer better on the things above mentioned.....

The giving back of the bonus the second you ask for any pay-out (full or partial) also irritates me. On top of that, they charge $20 for all NETeller withdrawals no matter how seldom you withdraw.

But now the bigger concern is the fact that the US gov has frozen Carib's funds in US banks and is also asking the local Belize bank to freeze funds while they investigate money laundering claims. Carib next goes to court Wed(3/3) to try to stop the local Belize bank from also freezing funds.

Use caution here. SS, there are signs of trouble. If the USA is able to get a bank account froze of a book, then that is something else. Personal US accounts are one thing, but the company account oversees?
