Carib showed me the door !

I am probably their longest standing customer and they recently 86'd me ! It was all a big squabble over their 15 % reload bonus but it turned up that the so called 15 % bonus only applied if and when my account showed a 0 balance ! WTF is that all about ? I may very well eventually lose my deposit and the 15 % bonus... but at least let me think I might actually be able to win $$. Total joke IMHO !

Normal policy at Carib -

there was a thread on this - the only thing you can do is take the bonus, lose the money and scalp it away. In bases, scalping for even money shouldn't be a problem.

The problem was that Carib didn't even give me the bonus ? They said they would credit my account when I lost all my Money !! WTF is that all about ! You can't scalp something that you haven't even received ? Total BS P;lus they charged me $ 15 to withdraw my $$

If this was coming from anyone but you I'd find it hard to believe. What the heel is going on with them? I've never had trouble getting my bonus theri right away. I know it's more of a freeplay bonus than a collectable one, bu this sucks! Will think twice about depositing there again.

Yes, It's really a shame as they have always been one of my favorites but they are going down hill fast and they really don't care. They told me they never read the forums.... I told them that perhaps they should !
