I had a few games I played start well, only to end in defeat. Dam teams giving up the lead like the Jays on Wednesday. Jays just couldn't add to the lead off of Donaldson's Home Run early in the game. Then Texas, Minnesota and L.A. Dodgers yesterday. That is how it goes.
I do have the confidence behind Marcus especially after last game. Relief pitching hasn't been kind to my wagers. I like this wager because he could go into the 8th or 9th as he did his first start. Osuna closed out the 9th to secure the win for the Jays that first game. The Jays are the team to beat at home. I think we should cash this ticket.

Neither can I... 4 Grand Slams that I know of Today. Colorado, Jays, Pirates (to beat Cin 6-5) and the F'in Sox to get within one of the Jays. Jays bullpen has problems (although Marcus did load the bases before he passed the ball to Chavez). Bullpen has been giving up runs and the offense just can't answer back.... Sox have a much better bullpen...... I thought we had this today after the Donaldson GS.

Onto Saturday Bases...

Yeah, the middle relief was my concern. But, with Stroman pitching I was comfortable with the wager. I think I am going to lay off the Jays ML/RL wagers for a short time.

Captn Jay, I'm so damn tempted to take your Blue Jays on the ML today vs. the Bosox. The problem I have is I'm just so damn scared at that
middle relief issue they have in their bullpen. They get big leads and then absolutely implode.

Any thoughts on the OVER 9.5 EVEN? :think2: Too many or not enough?

I got this from a website, and the technicals say the OVER is the play.

• The Over is 6-2 in their last eight road games vs a right-handed starter

Toronto is:

• The Over is 9-4-2 in their last 15 games vs. a right-handed starter

• The Over s 6-1 their last 10 games at home

Pick: Over

Both offenses will score plenty of runs this year, but it will be the pitching where they will struggle. For Boston it is their starting staff that has a 9.69 ERA so far and for the Jays it is their pen that has a 6.17 ERA in their five games so far. We should get plenty of runs early in this one and plenty of runs late as well making this a rather easy call on the over.
