here's another one that i just cant follow the logic with the current OL. i shopped the piss out of this trying to find a 7 but ov 7- +105 is good enought for me.

you have a day game in SD and 84% humidity, mr walk-man kim pitching and an ump change with Runge at HP 10o-6u

just cant pass this one up at 7- although this year not a large diff between day/night games avg runs scored but they they have not had the high humidity day games yet this year

that over 7- today on detroit was one of the biggest gifts i've seen in a long time. you got to take em if they give them to you. eddings is only the ump. sure he can help in given situations, but those two hitting teams on that low of a number. especially when you all know the line makers have already take him into consideration when they set the lines

maybe well get lucky and they will post hirsh behind the plate, and that number will move like hell to the under

he does have that funny delivery, some batters cant lay off many of those pitches so that can sure happen. hell florida with 3 already off of P is decent but you need both teams to score to make an over

lol, no just stay inside my office. my mini frig is stocked full with cold ones. so liquid diet for me tonight, plus some left overs from the BBQ yesterday, so i should be ok

runge is doing everything he can to make the game go over, but every batter is swinging at pitches that are balls. plus all those chance with men on scoring position, botched bunt etc

i dont know if any of you picked up on this but there was almost a 20 point line move, all of this and pinny was sitting at a decent plus on the houston over while everyone else was the other way with plus numbers to the under

i have no clue. pinny is almost always the leader, but they were +111 and everyone else was the other way with -115 to -120 but sure made some great scalps with plus money both ways and stayed that way regardless of how many time i hit em

Why would that happen pops?

ilmw its called the "pinny lean". Happens alot in football and hoops. You can find most places will have a line -4.5 -110 for example and pinnacle will have -4.5 -130 which means they are "leaning" towards the favorite. Alot of guys follow that lead and will bet the -4.5 at -110 at other shops. They are playing the "pinny lean" since pinnacle is asking for dog action in the example I just gave. Do a search on pinny lean up top and you will find a bunch of threads. I don't bet a game because of this but I do take it into consideration. Pinny takes the biggest action of all the books and they are the barometer of the industry. I don't find it means as much in bases as other sports.

It sucks not being able to bet at Pinnacle, .

i dont need don best, the program i use shows the lines and all of my OS books, in o/n, ML, RL alt RL and +2- RL and hightlights where the plus is higher than the minus and show which of the books, than it's just a matter of max betting each side with the correct amount to win regardless who wins

sounds like a nice setup....do you have to stay by the computer all day and place the bets as soon as the screen changes or do you check every so often and bet what is available? you must have good comp exp to design that program or know someone who does, it has to be difficult to pull all the lines in real time, is it not? I also think the books would have things in place to prevent this

yes, scalping is way more work than just capping and betting a game, but you never lose a bet. so it's like having a 10 hour/day normal day job
