I am curious about stadiums like Houston and Tampa when its 100deg outside and the roof is closed there is probably a 20-25deg difference between field level temp and roof level temp and how ,if any, this effects ball flight.

exactly extrapolate that idea into AZ where its prob 140 on the roof and maybe in 70s inside before they open the roof...then continute to pump the AC down ...what happens??

yeah the simple explanation is the ball will carry further the higher you hit it but if there is ac coming from high up ,you are right, it could knock the ball down.

the one he specifically told me about was minn, they have big fans on the roof the pump in outside air into the stadium, so if very hot and humid outside a bunch of that get's pumped inside as well. i'm going to get many more detail on a whole bunch of those other factors that are being used and how they determine them
