Pops, going to be in Vegas with some buddies I'll be babysitting while they drink themselves stupid this weekend and was wondering how you approach casino lines vs. OS lines? Are they generally pretty close to OS? Which do you base your plays off of primarily if at all? Anything else that might be helpful as well?

you will never know by looking at the casino's scratch sheets what the real opening lines were. like i said earlier, treat them as fat, with the exception of the coast casino's, use the DB open (until we know 4 sure) but still looking at how close will be reported.

Maybe I should have been more specific. I contacted Don Best and explained to them when looking at the free odds page it does not show who the opening lines are from and what they are using closing lines from. Answer, "Cris". Good?

NBA SS and the MLB WIP are on the FTP site. For hte MLB WIP, there are two plays one for Over and the other Under, since May 1st, the Overs > 68% and the Unders > 73% (one trend CTP pointed out for the Overs, in the NL the hit rate is close to coin flip). Tread with caution as these are WIP (work in progress).

There's a WNBA sheet within the NBA SS that's missing some 2HF lines, if someone can find out where we can get them that'd be great. The Overs started the season but lately the trend has been Unders for these WNBA. Like to keep an eye on those line moves.

The new DB site has the 2HF lines for WNBA (under the score page) but they started on 06/05 when the new webpage is introduced. Can't find the few games missing before that date.

Guys, whatever happened to John Hirschbeck? Did he get suspended or something along thoose lines. I have not seen him ump a game for many weeks.
