Pops - not sure how you are using the salaries in your capping. I may be able to help you with WHIP however. I liked to take dogs whose SP had a whip of 1.20 on under. Usually a WHIP of 1.40 and up you can bet against if a favorite, and look at the over too.

i have no clue on any of those yet, it's all work in progress. 1st just set everything up to collect the day, about a days worth of work, and same goes for the temp and humidity and 5 inn vs game ov/un

but what i would like are whip numbers that split the world up into 7 buckets max.

as an example, not that this is true, but come up with a range that would indicate a 4.5, and that the range for 5 and one for everything above, than go to a range that would indicate 4 that 3- and three or lower. i know it has nothing to do with runs but walks but i hope you know what i'm talking about. once i have all the whip into those buckets i can start measuring home man runs on avg get scored by those ranges, we can always fine tune later if we need to, just need to get a starting point

lol, i love these kind of day, odds makers make a major ov/un correction and the bettors take them even further. it's still early but most games appear to be going well over there numbers. best thing is no one will have a clue as to what to do tomorrow, shit or go blind. chase up or chase down. let the games began

Pops I just checked MLB.com and I see alot of runs so far so I think you were right about the books adjusting downward. I noticed it last night too when I saw the openers.

anybody notice almost every basketball total tonight has gone up? pretty strange considering alot of teams are just gonna go thru the motions and really want the season over with.
I was expecting alot of games to go down

SF Over cashes after 1.5 innings, I'm going to call that the easiest win of my gambling career.

Which sportsbooks are offering the best odds on dogs? I'm currently playing the 20-cent line at Greek. That's a hard way to go.

Betjam has -105 lines - the Greek owns them so they may do a book to book transfer. Also check out Matchbook for book to book transfer.

greek will absolutely do a transfer to BJ with a smile and it appears instantly. keep in mind you must roll the transfered amount 1X....no bigee. you're talking the #1 and #2 books on the planet readily available to the US. i like to keep $$ in both as they have different linesman. BJ is mostly your standard consensus line, but greek will thow up some highly opinoated ones being the gambler he his....if you are looking at the other side you can get some great numbers at greek...but the .20 blows. owner of greek/bj once said he loses 250K a month in bases at greek alone....just does it as as service.
