Yeh, off the top of my head I'd say every team plays about 45-60 1-run games a year. That's a complete guess w/o having the time to look at any numbers right now. Of those 45-55 1-run games, no team wins more than 30-35 of those games. The White Sox 2 years ago were said to be a great team because they won something like 36 1-run games while losing 19. You figure that only 3-5 teams will win that many, this maybe a good play in a lot of games where a 2nd tier team is involved as the favorite. I think the Cubs tomorrow vs. the Reds might be a very worthwhile play using this bet.
