1. Electric Bill for July 645.39 with aug the hottest month of the year to come.

2. Water Bill for July 259.02

Back East that electric bills is what the gas bill looks like if not more $ for at least 5 months when it is snowing out .....I love vegas it is too hot this time of year I was just in SD and it was hot as hell with the humidity I think that was the hottest it's ever been out of all of the times I visited there

fuck dont even mention that, they dont have prob 13 here so tax rates are based on assed value, which even with this shit RE market here for high end they still increase the shit out of the assed value so those are wtf up as well. now another smaller house a couple of houses down just sold for 1.2 so i'll get hit with another bump next year. just hope the one for 1.9 mil does not sell soon or i'll really get banged on that one

State Income Tax Free. They get you in other areas like real estate taxes and sales taxes.

Arizona is similar with utility bills. We do have very low real estate taxes.

below are the people were going to finish off the year with in MLB. were ok 4 sure thru press coverage, but have not heard from many of the other in a while. i hadnt heard from nysports all season, but he's still doing his week in the barrel this week w/o any problem. builds character. so a few of you on the bottom of the list could be pulled up to fill in the rest of the season so that we can have a complete year of data under the new format for next year. we've done well in that everyone only needed to do pdws spreadsheets for 1 week vs last year where it was much more for everyone.
i think with a few adjustments for next year we are going to have 1 hell of a tool for years to come
