Capn, do you think the new ML plays will continue to win or revert back to 50%? For example the 0.6 MOV, do you think it will continue to do well or should we look for the 1.0+ considering how well they did last year?

It has shown a great winning percentage over the past 2500+ games (full 2006 season + '07 to date) so it doesn't appear to be a short term thing. I'll continue to monitor it though.

The way this works is I use team and pitcher data to come up with my "line" in effect which consists of a projected game winner and MOV (margin of victory). When my line shows an advantage (usually for the visiting team) and the odds are no worse than -130, it shows a great winning percentage. There is a table included in the Explanation tab of the sheet I posted that shows W/L records for my line for full game and first 5 innings.
